Meet Mohamed

Hi, I am Mohamed Zaher an Egyptian American based in southeast Michigan.  Yes, I speak Arabic and some French. I am a realtor with Century21 Row West Bloomfield. When I am not at work, I enjoy working out, kayaking, hiking, fishing, reading, traveling and playing board games with friends. I have been to 4 continents, I look forward to exploring more of the world some day. My biggest dream is to own a sail boat and take it sailing around the globe for 3 years.

In 2021, I join the real estate professional market. I joined Century 21 Professionals out of Livonia as a real estate agent. 

As a real estate agent, I perform a variety of activities. 

• I develop business leads, 

• gather client information concerning their desired features in a home, financial ability, home types and neighborhoods of interest, 

• assess the property's condition, 

• determine the property market value, 

• develop a marketing plan for clients designed to attract and address the needs of buyers,

• market & stage the property,

• show properties, 

• identify prospective buyers, 

• pre-screen and qualify all potential buyers before allowing them onto a client's property, 

• offer advice to clients and buyers, 

• assist clients as they explore their financial options,

• present all offers to clients, 

• liaising between the two parties in real estate transaction, 

• negotiate contracts with clients and for clients, 

• draft and prepare offers, contracts and paperwork, and 

• fiduciary & confidentiality responsibility for the client. 

I honestly love to engage many people and help them achieve their dreams and fulfil their needs.  I charge 3% of a closed sale on the buyer and if listing we offer 6% in total, 3 to Century 21 Row and 3 to the buying agent.
